Electronic Survey of Business Owners
We will administer a comprehensive electronic survey to business owners to collect anecdotal information about firms’ experiences with the WSDOT and in the overall Washington construction marketplace.
Stakeholder/ Business Owner Interviews
CHA will conduct small group interviews for stakeholders and business owners. Stakeholders and business owners can provide critical insights into doing business with WSDOT and its prime vendors, the effectiveness of its current contracting and equity initiatives, and make suggestions for creative approaches to level the public contracting playing field.
